Have A Dream
Have you ever thought of owning a mansion,
With a chauffeur for your big limousine?
Why shrug it off, and snort in disgust?...
Everyone should have at least one dream!
Do you wish to have a posh mountain resort,
With winter snow deep, cool, and pristine?
Don't be ashamed at others' derision...
Everyone is allowed to have a dream!
I'd like a lifetime with that Special One,
And desire Fame, with all the 'bling-blings';
People have laughed when I tell of hopes,
But I am entitled to have my dreams!
Stop and think: Why just give up
When life comes apart at the seams?...
We would still be primitive cavemen
If we had not had our dreams!
